We're an advocacy group of New Jersey's neighborhood restaurant owners.

BYOB New Jersey represents a group of small business owners across the Garden State that have organized to fix the broken liquor license law in New Jersey.

Local small restuarants are the driving force for economic development, here in New Jersey, and, across the country. BYOB New Jersey is fighting to allow neighborhood restaurants the opportunity to have local liquor permitting for table service.

If you're a pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, or any other neighborhood restaurant in New Jersey, join BYOB New Jersey to help modernize our Prohibition-Era liquor license law, in a reasonable way, that will revitalize Main Street and enhance much-needed economic growth for our state.

What is A1700?
The bill creates two new classes of restaurant liquor permits: R-1 for all wine, beer, and spirits; R-2 for only beer, and wine.
